团队管理有这样一个比方:
如果有一车沙从深圳地王大厦(目前中国最高的楼之一)倒下,其结果是地面没有多大的变化,如果能把这车沙变成一整块已凝固在一起的混凝土,则地面将砸出一个巨大的坑----当然能否产生9-11事件的效果还有待论证!
把沙土变成混凝土的过程实际就是一个团队管理与建设的过程.
你的团队是一整块混凝土吗?

这确实是一个难题.希望能看到好的sample
一盘散沙的局面在IT行业比较多见,特别是一些高能力IT人的集合,每个人都有自己的想法.
所以,我个人认为如何将个人生涯规划与公司对个人目标定位在一定程度上达成一致,是很重要的.

国内的大部分IT企业都没有形成较强的钢筋结构,因而水泥、沙子、和石块仍然不能形成坚硬的混凝土块。而象华为之类的公司,已经形成一定的钢筋结构,水泥、沙子、和石块才能发挥作用。

yeah. but i dislike hua wei and prefer microsoft management approach.

in hua wei, i am not sure about its orginial model. but i think it should be better than now. should be more humanistic.

but why now too many persons still wanna work for it, in my view, because of higher salary. sure in its current model, still some advantages, a good promotion system. it is worth learning.

团队与非团队的差别是显而易见的。
即使是国内的IT公司,无论大小,没有哪个不想建立起理想的团队。
之所以建立不起来,because:
1,Lacking for effective project management as well as general management
2,Many companies have unrealistic long-distance target, many

I am always sunk into deep thinking about how establish a solid and sound team. There are,however, obviously something out of individual control.

There is a fretful and fickle air hanging over the whole society--everyone is eagar to get quick success and instant benefit without any thorough consideration about his personal career planning.This caused a phenomenon that job-hoppings are merely for a higher salary, a better welfare, or a more attrative position.You can rarely see any professional dedication and ethics when one of your team members is likely to hunt 800yuan more for each month in another firm.

Why do people tend to work to live then? Where on earth is the word career, to which generations of people have been inspirted to dedicate their lives? Give me reasons, buddy.

Because most companies in the society did not establish effective and fair motivation system, so the people may become disappointed soon. One of important factor for team building is the reward and recognition system in which the PM do not have any control in it in China.

Two environmental factors are heavily weighted against the effectiveness in team building. One is the general atmosphere of blindfold benefit drive which is held as the macro-environment, the other the lack of corporate culture which I call micro-environment.

Macro-environmental problem originates from the immaturity of the economic system, while the micro is mostly caused by management techniques.

I therefore prefer to discuss with you about the micro problems--for PMs usually can do nothing about the macro economy.

I partially agree with xiaoxiao.

You might have heard the ancient intellectuals "不为五斗米折腰", and so many ancient government officials conducted "死柬", and why? Even in the circle of confusion culture, people can also discard substantial benefits only for their careers and their belief.

The problem mainly lies in the social status(this word can not express sufficiantly what I mean), but anyway, in a bubble economy in which everyone can dream to be a millionair by means of changing jobs instead of hard work, no one can resist the temptation of a higher salary, a better allowance, or a more satisfying position, even though they feel they can be better satified in respect of carrying out his personal career plan, if he has any.

Misunderstanding from Major Winnie:

I never agree with that point, either.

To establish a personal career plan and stick to it in spite of the material temptation does not mean you have to be a Puritan, and material benefit may be part of your plan--such as Winnie can plan to be a general instead of a major or to be a good and pretty lady instead of merely a good one. The problem now is that every team member tends to be tempted to abandon almost all the principles acquired from eductaion to be partial of human virtues. Some of them do not have any such a plan and are indulged in pursuing material stimulation, giving up all the virtues that they should have insisted on; others merely can not resist the temptions against their planning, and throw themselves into desire torrents. This traps the PM in a pretty difficult situation--he just can not maintain a comparatively stable team to complete his project. What a PM must do despite the pressure from this widely-accepted social tendency is to introduce a value into his team and to make everyone believe he is doing such a great job with such a great group of people that many material temptions are nothing compared with this job and this team.

By the way, sorts of sacrifice is absolutely necessary if you wish to keep some thing different from most of others.

Your point is pretty good. Jia duo. This kind of discussion is what I expect. I can see the difference between our points more clearly now.

I think every person actually is drvien by his Objective. Just each Objective is unique due to the unique individual. Nobody is be lured by other things. That just is an excuse.

We need not talk more about their objectives good or not. Sure it should be important but pls just cared during recuitment process. We need not hope that others objectives are as same as PM. Just try to come to terms on projects. That is enough. Otherwise I am afraid we may fall into disappointment all day and all time. Sometimes really 存在就是合理. Actually I think I can understand them.

BTW: my objective is to earn money as much as possible by a honourable and interested approach.
To be pretty and to be a general are only my dreams. If viewing them as objectives, ah, I were sad in each minute. : )
