1.CC中的角色:
在cc中一般有四种角色：
project manager — defines, implements, and manages the objects, policies, and processes of a software development project
developer —makes changes to the software configuration (that is, the files and directories) that belong to a software development project
integrator (also called build engineer or release engineer) — builds and integrates the products of a software development project
administrator — configures and maintains the ClearCase infrastructure, including
ClearCase VOBs, views, servers, and clients, for part or all of your organization
人员不够的话，兼职都可以。
2.UCM同base的主要区别如下：
在使用方式上，UCM同base有点像windows同unix，UCM主要使用图形操作界面，有许多wizard，而且工作流程都定义好了，使用起来简单方便（比如并行开发中各个branch的定义以及合并，都不用用户操心），但不能处理一些复杂的管理方式，许多东西都定死了（比如view的spec conf)，缺乏灵活性；此方式适合于公司的管理模式同ucm定义的管理模式基本相同，没有其他定制的要求；base方式可提供最大的灵活性，支持许多高级管理功能（比如view的spec conf定义），但使用起来比较复杂（比如许多是命令行操作方式）。cc可已管理各种文件包括二进制文件，管理方式同字符文件一样 。
